About
A national authority in the Saudi energy sector set out to put AI assistance in the hands of its people without loosening the controls its position demands. IOTA led the introduction of Copilot across the organisation — assessing readiness, defining what the assistant could and could not reach, and putting governance around adoption before scale. The work covered data and permissions hygiene, identity and access alignment, guardrails for sensitive information, and structured enablement so teams understood both the capability and its limits.
Results
AI assistance moved from pilot curiosity to governed, everyday use — with access boundaries defined before rollout rather than discovered after it, and an adoption path the organisation can extend to further use cases. Detailed outcome measures remain with the client and are available on request.
