IOTA is now an IBM Business Partner

Our IBM Business Partner agreement is signed. What it means for banks and enterprises that depend on enterprise integration.

The announcement

IOTA Technologies has signed an IBM Business Partner agreement. It formalises capability our Digital Engineering practice has been building for years: designing, implementing and supporting the integration layer that enterprise systems depend on.

Why the integration layer matters

In a bank, integration is rarely the thing anyone talks about — until it breaks. It is the layer where core banking meets digital channels, where partner files arrive and settle, and where every API either enforces policy or quietly bypasses it. Getting it right is the difference between a modernisation programme that lands and one that stalls.

Our specialisation sits across four areas:

  • IBM App Connect — API-led and event-driven integration across core systems, channels and SaaS
  • IBM DataPower Gateway — the security gateway at the edge, handling protocol bridging, message-level security and threat protection
  • IBM Sterling B2B Integration — partner onboarding, managed file transfer, and host-to-host and payment file flows
  • Enterprise Service Bus — mediation and transformation, including migration away from legacy ESB estates

What it means for clients

As a Business Partner we can advise on and supply the IBM portfolio as well as implement it — assessment and architecture, delivery, migration and upgrade, and managed support afterwards. For organisations in the Kingdom, it also means that work is delivered by people who already understand SAMA, NCA and NDMO expectations, rather than a team learning them on your programme.
