Terms of use

Last update:
October 14, 2026

These Terms govern your use of iotatechnologies.ai and your dealings with IOTA Technologies Company. If anything here is unclear, write to engagements@iotatechnologies.ai.

1. Who we are

IOTA Technologies Company (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an IT services and consulting firm specialising in AI for banking and financial services. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we work across five practices — Digital Engineering, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, Cloud & DevOps, and Talent & Managed Solutions — with delivery and engagement hubs in Chennai and Hyderabad (India), Dubai (UAE), and London (UK).

2. Scope of these Terms

These Terms apply to visitors of this website and to prospective clients, partners and candidates contacting us through it. Client engagements are governed by separately executed master service agreements, statements of work, or product licence agreements. Where a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement prevails.

3. Use of this website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorised access, scrape its content at scale, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

The content on this site is provided for general information about our company and services. It is not professional, legal, or financial advice, and it does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance. Material describing SAMA, NDMO, PDPL, NCA or other regulatory frameworks is provided as context and is not advice on your specific obligations.

4. Products and services

Our products — including IOTA Qantara, iChat, iCompliance and iInvestmentHouse — are licensed to clients under separate written agreements and are typically deployed on-premises or in air-gapped environments controlled by the client. Nothing on this website grants a licence to any IOTA product, software, or model.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website, together with our product names, logos, software, and underlying technology, remains the property of IOTA Technologies Company or its licensors. Viewing this site transfers no rights to you. Case studies describe specific engagements; client names and marks, where shown, belong to their owners.

6. Enquiries, bookings and applications

Discovery calls are scheduled through Microsoft Bookings, which is operated by Microsoft under its own terms. By submitting an enquiry, booking a call, subscribing to updates, or applying for a role, you agree that we may contact you about your request. We handle the personal data involved as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Confidentiality

We treat non-public information shared with us in enquiries and discussions with care, and we expect the same of you. Mutual non-disclosure agreements are available on request before deeper conversations.

8. Third-party links and services

This site links to third-party services, for example Microsoft Bookings and our LinkedIn page. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of third parties.

9. Disclaimers

This website is provided on an “as is” basis. We work to keep its content accurate but do not warrant completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Outcomes described in case studies are specific to their context and are not a promise of equivalent results.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IOTA Technologies Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and our Privacy Policy. That policy explains what we collect, why, your rights, and how to exercise them.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction over disputes arising from your use of this website. Signed client agreements may specify a different governing law and forum for the engagement they cover.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision; material changes will be indicated here.

In particular, material describing SAMA, NDMO, PDPL, NCA or other regulatory frameworks is provided as context and does not constitute legal or regulatory advice or a compliance opinion.

Case studies and examples describe work delivered in specific environments and are not a prediction or guarantee of results elsewhere. Consulting, implementation and managed service engagements are governed by separate written agreements; those agreements, not this website, define what we deliver and on what terms.
